How to create a user account?

Click on the "Login or register" link in the upper right corner of the website. Insert your email and preferred password. Wait for the email with activation link.

How to ask for a quote?

If you purchase in bulk you can request a quote price. This means that if you are going to buy a big quantity of a certain product on our website, our pharmacists can give you a nive discount.

To ask for a quote:

  • Go to any product page and click on the "Price quote" button. Fill in all the necessary fields and wait for the email with quote.
  • Or go to the Account section in megamenu. There you can also ask for a quote in the "Price quote" section, as well as follow the quote progress from there.

How to make a drug request?

Please use "Add to drug request" button on the product page or "My drug request" link in the header. All your drug requests can be managed in the "Health of my animals" section. For more information see this page.

Why don't we display prices for medicine that requires prescription?

We are not allowed to display the price of this drug because French law prohibits advertising on prescription veterinary drugs. After validating your request, you will have access to the price of this prescription drug. For more information see this page.

How to add prescription?

All your drug prescriptions can be managed in the "Health of my animals" section. For more information see this page.

How to manage dispensing?

Our pharmacy offers the dispensing of veterinary drugs with required prescription. 

The original of the veterinary prescription will be sent to you in the parcel with your order. All required dispensing details will be filled in: #Dispensing order number # drug name # quantity issued # name of prescribing veterinarian, # dispensing date # lot number # drug dispensing establishment and # operator

What is Livestock Health Program?

The Livestock Health Program (LHP) is the set of interventions that must be carried out systematically for prophylactic purposes on the whole of a herd, batch or band of animals, according to a pre-established schedule and to the dominant pathological specific to eachlivestock type and taking into account both geographical conditions specific to the region and climatic and seasonal factors (see Decree No. 2007-1211 of 10 August 2007).
